Ask before a ticket is created

Ask questions about a captured bug right inside the Screenshot, Recorder, and Rewind windows, before you create a ticket. This makes it faster to check if it is already known, decide on severity, and keep all the context in one place.
Impact inline

Right-click any editable field on pic-time.com and choose "Inline test value..." to inject role-aware edge cases (length boundaries, unicode tricks, injection patterns, ambiguous dates, and more) without leaving the form. Static Quick values appear instantly; the Contextual section adds AI-generated suggestions tuned to the field label and your team role.
DataDog auto-deeplinks

Impact Recorder and Rewind now captures Pic-Time contextId from network responses and embeds it into every error row, attached to the matching Datadog log. Clicking a 4xx/5xx call or exception in the ticket jumps straight to the correlated server-side log in Datadog, no manual searching required.

Make screenshot edits more intentional

Screenshots now start without cropping by default, with a visible frame and a clearer capture flow. You can choose exactly what to capture before saving.
See a cleaner screenshot countdown

The countdown now appears in a compact red style at the bottom left, making it easier to notice without covering the area you are capturing.
Protect sensitive image data

Images are now redacted more reliably to help prevent private information from being shared in screenshots.
