X-ray: see runtime context without opening DevTools
A floating overlay on any Pic-Time page shows accountId, storeId, projectId, env, region, and app version at a glance. Click any value to copy it into a ticket or chat. Jump to a Datadog session for the current page to inspect console errors and field diffs. On by default, toggle in Preferences > Personal.

Beyond deeplinks in chat, Impact now correlates backend failures with contextIds captured during recordings and screenshots. Server logs, stack traces, and exception metadata are linked directly to the ticket.

Answers in General Chat now pull from Pic-Time's own dev-authored skill docs when relevant. Responses cite the skill they came from, so you know exactly where the answer originates.

Smarter role-aware answers
Non-QA roles no longer get the QA-oriented closing section. PM and Support lenses translate technical details more naturally without a fixed boilerplate phrase.

When generating QA coverage from a spec, you can provide extra context to guide checklist generation - edge cases, known constraints, or team conventions.
